Eligibility

Organizational Criteria

Be a BC-based arts, culture, or heritage non-profit organization or collective
Have two people from the organization commit to working together in the program for one year
Commit to supporting participants in implementing more equitable practices into the organization

Participant Criteria

Be interested and invested in ongoing learning about access and equity
Be in a position to influence change within their organization
Be willing to provide feedback and contribute to the shaping of this program
Agree to the program code of conduct

Application Timeline

Determine Readiness and Apply
Reflect on you and your organization’s readiness for the program and complete the application form.

Discovery Call
Meet with a program leader for an exploratory conversation.

Acceptance and Guide Matching
If accepted, you will receive an acceptance email and be paired with a Guide—your companion and accountability partner throughout the program.

Program Begins
You will be invited to a welcome session, given access to content, and have your first meeting with your Guide.

Community Care Financial Model

While Pathways is a free program, the required time commitment can be a barrier for some smaller or volunteer-based organizations. The application includes an opportunity to request or contribute funds based on your capacity and context
