Is this for me?
Pathways is a flexible and tailored program; it’s unique because it adapts to your context and interests. The program supports organizations at many different stages of this work.
Some participants are just beginning to ask foundational questions. Others are already actively engaged in equity and access initiatives and are looking for space to reflect, deepen, and sustain the work in community.
Pathways helped me move from seeing equity and access as somewhat abstract values to something that must be actively worked out in relationships, policies, and everyday practice.
Who Participates?

Geographic Context
Participants have emphasized the value of working with program guides who understand a variety of geographic and discipline/sector contexts, as well as the profound impact of connecting with other participating organizations from across the province.
The rural connection was especially meaningful. The recognition of seeing what’s happening with everyone, and the similarities, and the different ways we can support each other… that’s one of the things I think is so cool about the program.
